1. Delivery

. Standard Shipping fees of S$5.00 for orders below 2kg, additional S$1.50 applies for each supplementary kg.

. Wine/Spirit Shipping fees of $20 applies, free delivery over $200 and above

. Estimated Delivery Time: 21- 28 working days

On the occasion that the brand delivers specific products directly to the customer, the free delivery threshold will apply on a brand or product basis, not to the total value of the basket. Delivery details and prices will be shown in the description for products where necessary. 

On the occasion that a specific product exceeds certain size or weight limits, free delivery over S$100 will not apply. Delivery details and prices will be shown in the description for products where necessary.

. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and OnTheList reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable.

. There is no overseas delivery service for the moment.

. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Refund, Return, Exchange

. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. OnTheList is a flash sales platform; all checkout transactions are considered as final.

. Should you receive any items with defects, you must contact our team within 7 days. If possible, we will provide an exchange otherwise a refund will be processed.

3. Vouchers & Discount Codes 

. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. 

The Free Delivery threshold is calculated from the final basket value, after any vouchers or discount codes have been applied.

. Atome, Visa, Mastercard & American Express cards are accepted.
